If you do not wish to attend your appointment we would ask as a courtesy, you aim to notify us of the cancellation 24hrs in advance.

Appointments can only be cancelled through provision of correct information. Please note that if accurate information is not provided, this may delay the processing of the cancellation and subsequent reimbursement

Please be aware that any cancellation of arrival appointments, which include Day 2 PCR, Day 2 Lateral Flow and Day 8 PCR will be notified to the DHSC
