Changes to booking Dates & Times – All customers can change booking dates and times 24hr prior to appointments, this can be done through logging into the “my account” section of the website. Once logged in go to “My appointments” to view and reschedule your booking/ bookings. Please note that you can only Change the date and time of your appointment but not the location or appointment type.
We will aim to accommodate your request, however, please be aware we cannot guarantee this in line with the date and time availability and opening hours
