  • Lateral Flow – please ensure the phone you choose is compatible for the APP features.  It is customer responsibility to ensure they can download the APP as per requirements.
  • Lateral Flow – please ensure to watch the instructional video here and read instructions in full prior to taking your swab sample.
  • Lateral Flow – The Randox CertiFly Lateral Flow (Antigen)  test will require you to complete a nasal swab sample.
  • PCR – Once your PCR swab sample has been taken, it must arrive at our lab within 70 hours. Lateral flow samples should not be returned to Randox Laboratories for testing.
  • PCR – PCR home sample collection kits will require you to complete a nasal and throat swab sample.  Information on how to return your PCR swab sample can be found here.
  • PCR – Following receipt of your sample, we will make every reasonable endeavour to provide your test results within a reasonable timeframe following our laboratory receiving your sample. Delivery dates for test results are approximate and Randox will not be held liable for any delay in delivery, particularly in light of global shortages in raw materials and the unprecedented level of demand for our services in the current challenging circumstance.
  • Please be aware that our COVID-19 home sample collection kits are available for UK delivery only.
  • Expected delivery 4-6 working days once order confirmation is sent.  If you have chosen click and collect, kits can be picked up immediately.
  • Samples will be sent to an authorised testing laboratory and disposed of once testing has been completed.
  • By Booking with Randox Health London Limited you are consenting to have a sample collected and tested. You may be asked at your appointment if you still wish to proceed. You may withdraw consent at anytime at which point no further action will be taken.
  • Randox Health have a strict Safeguarding Policy for Children and Vulnerable Adults for whom consent to test must be provided by a chaperone if consent cannot be obtained directly. We may choose not to proceed with a collection if there is uncertainty regarding consent in some cases.
  • If you have tested positive within 10 days prior to your appointment or are visually symptomatic you may not enter the premises, to protect Randox staff and other clients. In these instances a refund or change of appointment time may be given if sufficient notice to Randox is provided. It is the customers responsibility to contact Randox prior to the appointment should they obtain a Positive result or develop symptoms. Please refer to our terms for our refund Policy
