Please note Randox offer customers 2 options for returning samples:

Option 1: We have specific drop box locations, which can be viewed below. Please ensure you check the map before dropping off your sample. To check drop box opening times, click on the location description on the map.
Operating seven days a week our preferred method of PCR sample return is via our free Randox drop box network.


Option 2: All our PCR home test kits come with a Royal Mail label. This can be affixed to the return envelope and you can arrange to return the sample to the testing laboratory from the nearest Royal Mail post office/ post box to you. Please note for all samples returned via Royal Mail result turnaround time will be aimed for 24hrs from receipt of sample at the laboratory.


If this option does not suit your needs, an alternative courier may be used at your own risk, however, this may result in a delay in your sample being returned to our lab for testing. You should ensure the alternative courier can deliver biological samples, to our laboratory next day tracked, you must select and pay for the  appropriate service in full or your sample will not reach Randox.

Samples must arrive within 70 hours of swabbing to undergo testing.
