If you have misplaced your order confirmation for your home test kit (whether PCR or Lateral Flow) or require details of your booking Reference number, please complete the below information. This applies to all home test kit orders that have been requested for delivery or collection and Randox Health Click and Collect locations.

Please note that booking reference numbers are only provided to the following products, Day 2 lateral flow, Day 2 PCR, Test to release PCR, Day 8 PCR. If you have NOT ordered one of these products you will NOT receive a booking reference number
