ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

• Please order the appropriate travel kits as early as possible.
• The PCR Home Sample Collection kit will require you to complete a nasal and throat swab sample. Information on how to return your Home Sample Collection kit is available here. This PCR Home Sample Collection kit is suitable for pre departure testing if your airline requires a negative PCR result before you fly from the UK. For the PCR Home Sample Collection kits, once your swab sample has been taken, it must arrive at our lab within 70 hours.
• The Antigen Lateral Flow Test will require you to complete a nasal swab. This is a self-test with no requirements to send sample back to Randox laboratories.
• Please be aware that our COVID-19  PCR Home Sample Collection kits and Antigen Self-Test kits are available for UK delivery only.
• If you are travelling abroad from the UK, please remember to refer to the local government guidelines of your destination for advice on the type of test required to enter that country.
• At this time, Randox Health are unable to offer COVID-19 testing services and home testing kits to any individuals who are going to Tokyo outside of the official Team GB delegation or Team GB Media delegation.
• For Hong Kong, Randox are a UK government listed test provider, meeting the requirements for PCR predeparture, and are partnered with and recommended by airlines including Cathay Pacific, British Airways and Lufthansa.
• Following receipt of your sample in relation to a PCR Home Sample Collection kit or from appointment at our test centres or clinics, we will make every reasonable endeavour to provide your test results within a reasonable timeframe following our laboratory receiving your sample. Delivery dates for test results are approximate and Randox will not be held liable for any delay in delivery, particularly in light of global shortages in raw materials and the unprecedented level of demand for our services in the current challenging circumstance.
